The Intel 4004 was the first microprocessor available to the public. Also, it was the first CPU and was 4bit. ( We have 64 bit microprocessors today.) -

Unix System V was the first software platform that Unix created. It was released during 1983. Unix was created by employees working for At&t at Bell Labs. -

The Mac OS was the first software, created by Apple. This software was used in the Macintosh and was one the first software systems. This was created during 1984. Apple is located in Silicon Valley, CA. -

Windows 1.0 was a 16 bit platform, released Nov. 20, 1985. This was the first Windows released. Windows is created by Microsoft. The headquarters of Microsoft is located in Redmond, WA. -
