Karl Popper was born in Vienna, Austria-Hungary in 1902. His birth would ultimately lead to a "revolution" of philosophical ideals and a new, fresh perspective on the scientific method. -
Karl Popper's Education
Owing to his parent's hard work ethics and prior college history, Karl Popper had very little trouble when it came to his early years of schooling. He first attended the University of Vienna as a guest in 1919 but fully enrolled in 1922 as a student. He later earned a doctorate in psychology from Pädagogisches Institut. -
Critiquing the Scientific Society
When WW2 kicked off, Karl Popper was influenced by WW2 to write about the social sciences as well as the "psychological and historical origins of totalitarianism" via The Open Society and Its Enemies as well as The Poverty of Historicism. -
Karl Popper's Falsification
In the year of 1963, Karl Popper had dropped "The Logic of Scientific Discovery" in which he stated that for something to be scientifically accurate, you must be able to test or prove it is false. It was a way of proving science from non-science. -
