The British Parliament passed the Tea Act to reduce the amount of tea held by the British East India Company. This angered the colonists because they were forced to pay the tax even though it was cheaper. -

Johnny goes to the Lyte's house and claims to be a part of their family and shows them his cup but gets accused of stealing it. -
Johnny Gets a Job
Johnny gets a job at the Boston Observer to be a horse boy. That is when he meets Rab. -
Johnny Helps Sam Adams
Johnny goes around town telling members of the Observers about the meeting that night. He tells the members 'Mr. So and So owes eight shillings for his newspaper" which means that there is a meeting at eight o'clock. -
The Boston Tea Party- Real Event
The Sons of Liberty dump 242 chests of tea overboard in protest of Taxation without Representation -
Johnny Helps with The Boston Tea Party
Johnny takes part in the Boston Tea Party by helping break open the boxes and dumping the tea. -
Isannah Leaves with the Lytes
The Lytes leave Boston to go to London until the rebellion is over. Isannah chooses to go with them -

Johnny goes to Robert Newman's house and tells him to hang two lanterns, which means the British are coming at sea to confiscate the colonists weapons. -

Rab Leaves for Lexington
Rab leaves Boston to go to Lexington to fight. -
Shot Heard 'round the World- Real Event
The first shot is fired which marks the beginning of the Revolutionary War. -
Rab Dies
Rab gets shot in the battle of Lexington and Concord and later dies.
