August 9th, 1976 is the day I was born in this this world. -

According to my mother I was breastfed for 12 months. -

I was baptized in my Catholic Church Saint Theodore. -
First Two Years – Cognitive
According to my baby book, the first holophrase word I spoke was mama. -
Early Childhood – Biosocial
I Improved my gross motor skills by riding my first bicycle. -

According to my baby book, I started preschool and began to learn the letters of alphabet. I still remember Mr. M. -
Early Childhood – Psychosocial
As the mascot for the Westland North Stars football team, I would watch my older brother play football. I wanted to be like him so I would copy what he did and I started to learn the game. -
Middle Childhood – Biosocial
My parents joined me up in my first organized little league football team the "Westland Comets". I was the fastest person on the team and ended up playing running back. -
Middle Childhood – Psychosocial
I met a friend Brad in elementary school and we became best friends. We are still best friends to this day! -
Middle Childhood – Cognitive
With a little help from my father, I designed a pinewood derby car from a block of pine wood and plastic wheels. I ended up winning first place with that car! -
Adolescence – Psychosocial
I developed a friendship with a girl I met in high school which turned into my high school girlfriend. It ended up being my first romantic relationship. -
Adolescence – Biosocial
As a sophomore in high school, I liked the thrill of going to parties, trying new things, breaking the rules. This was the first time I ever experienced alcohol and got drunk after the high school coming home dance. It was a good time but the next morning wasn't. -
Adolescence – Cognitive
I needed to score a 17 on the ACT test in order to receive my football scholarship. I should have studied harder but using intuition thinking, I scored a 21. -
Emerging Adulthood - Cognitive
I began my higher learning college career at Eastern Michigan University. The first semester was a change from high school thinking and really mentally challenging at times. However, I adapted my studying, over came the challenges, and earned a 4.0 the next semester. This was the beginning of achieving high GPA’s and Dean's List status throughout the rest of my time at EMU. -
Emerging Adulthood – Biosocial
After I graduated college and discontinued playing competitive team sports, I began to feel that my physical strength and endurance had really started to slowly decline. This is probably because I had stopped practicing and working out since it was not mandatory anymore. I decided to start working out and exercise again to increase my strength and endurance. I also joined some recreational organized sports teams and continue to improve my strength and conditioning to this day. -
Emerging Adults - Psychosocial Development
After spending seven years together, mine and my girlfriends similarity involving interests, attitudes, and goals changed dramatically. Our relationship declined and we decided to split up, she moved to Califorina and I stayed here in Michigan. -
Adulthood - Biosocial
My physical and mental health started to decline, I was losing weight, lethargic, digestive problems as well as having depression & anxiety all the time. Six months and two doctors later, the diagnosis was that I developed celiac disease (an autoimmune disorder by ingesting gluten – a protein found in wheat and grains) . After a change in diet, everything is has gone back to normal and I am healthy and strong again. I love the Gluten Free Diet now! -
Adulthood - Cognitive
Working several years as software analyst in the private sector has challenged my critical thinking skills several times; however I became very bored and complacent. I decided to go back to school and try a different career path. So here I am, after spending 5 years in college in the past I am looking to dedicate 4 more years to gain the necessary skills to become a Nurse. It has once again been tough trying to adjust my mind and thinking in order to become academically successful again. -
Adulthood - Psychosocial
Our families accompany us to the gorgeous island of Fiji. While we are there my beautiful and loving fiancé and I take vows and get married. Although we get marry later in life than most, our love remains stronger than ever! -
Late Adulthood - Biosocial
I start to lose my sensory ablities. My sight and hearing fade requiring me to wear glasses and get a hearing aid. I also start to develop skin cancers from the years of sun damage. -
Late Adulthood - Cognitive
I picture myself retiring from work. In order to slow my cognitive decline, I imagine myself taking some recreational continuing education classes. -
Late Adulthood - Psychosocial
My wife and I celebrate our 40th year anniversary!! -
Death
I am surrounded by family and my living will is adhered to in means of dying at home. I die on my 86 birthday peacefully from phenomena caused by a weaken immune system from skin cancer.
