I take a ship to America -
Arriving in America
I arrive in America today and started go through Elllis Island. When I was going through the citizen inspection i got mixed up with my Uncle and had to stay there til I was identifed -
Get set free from Ellis island
Today is my firt real day in America . The first thing i do is find a gold store to sell my gold. Toay i sold 6 pounds of my 20 pounds to buy a house just outside of boston. Later that day i have a house that is one story, two bedroom, and one bathroom with an oven -
ROBBED
today while taking a short cut through an on the street i guy came up from behind me a robbed me. The only thing he was able to take was one pound of gold but thats still alot of gold. -
Moving West
Today i finished getting all my supplies packed up in my wagon and set off west. The day before i sold my house to another Irish Immigrant who was happy to have a nice little home. I set off with my dog buster, a garman shepard who was very happy to move. -
Made the Journey
Today i made the journey just before the off of the land rush. When i lined up i put Buster in the wagon and set off at noon . I got the land i want but somebod else wanted the land and tried shoting me but dodged the bullet and started to make my home. -
Lossing my land
That night after I selpt in my wagon and i hear somebody sneaking up on me from the east. I peak outside my wagon and some people that I saw at the Beginning of the race where trying to steal my land. I took out my rifle and yelled get away and fired a shot near hime as a warning. -
Life one year later
It's been just over a year since finished my house and started my farm. I've made new neighbors and helped them start there life here too. I have a two acre potato farm in m back yard and a big lake about a mile away. Everynight for dinner I have french fries and some sort of meat. Buffalo is a good meat that I like and so does Buster.
