In 1987 Hamas was founded. Hamas is a fundamentalist organization. They have been the governing authority of the Gaza Stip. -
First Suicide Bomber
In 1993 Hamas sent the first suicide bomber to Israel. Tamam Nabulsi blew up his car beside an Israel bus. Five people were wounded and 2 killed. This was the first attack on Israel within there boarders by a Palestine organization. -
Oslo Agrement
In 1993 there was an agreement that Israeli troops would withdraw. Palestine's wanted 1967 boarders and right of return but Israel would not give them what they wanted. They decided that they would meet again in 2000. -
Clinton Says She Wants To Stay Out
