Study that was made by the Commerce Department (2004) explained the oil was in charge of 90% of the foreign exchange income in Iraq. This lead to a humanitarian war where income was damaged due to the war. -

The war costed and hurt the electricity in Iraq. The generation of electricity went from 5 gigawatts to 1.8. Civilians and those stationed in Iraq had barely any use of electricity, harming their quality of everyday life. -
CIA Bankrolled Chalabi
The CIA had bankrolled Chalabi in an unsuccessful bid to overthrow Saddam with Kurdish fighters from the North.U.S- sponsored Iraq resistance in exile and had success in getting Iraqi national congress names recipient of taxpayer funds. -
Iraq Liberation Act
The act declares a policy of US to remove the Saddam Hussein regime from power in Iraq. It gave the president permission to assist all groups with broadcasting, military, and humanitarian assistance. -
The 2003 War
War against Saddam by President Bush was declared. It was a foreign policy goal, and was said to be planned before the 9/11 attack. There was fighting, casualties, and trauma to the civilians in Iraq. It destructed the society and infrastructure. This was yet another invasion to those in Iraq, hurting the civilians everyday life.
