The Telegraph
Samuel F.B. Morse invents and demonstrates his invention of the telegraph. It revolutionised communication and led to much faster ways of messages. This is who 'morse code' got its name from. Samuel Morse sent the telegraph by using electrical sparks on specially treated paper to burn dots and dashes. The code translated into words. -
