Hand Subtraction Check list: I will assess the students ability to subtract using manipulatives by printing out hands and having them count 'fold away" the correct number of subtracted fingers. each student at the table groups will have a different problem than each other, assigned by a slip of paper with an expression. -

Lesson 2
The students will be assessed on their ability to subtract using a 5-frame and record subtraction equations by playing the subtraction smash game, recording their equations on the corresponding sheet, and submitting it to me. -
Lesson 3
The students will be assessed on their ability to subtract within 10 using a number line by completing a worksheet. -
Lesson 4
The students will be examined on their ability to subtract within 10. The assessment will be conducted using 'Plickers' with each student being given their own unique card that will send assessment data directly to me. -
Lesson 5-Word problems within 10
The students will be assessed on their ability to solve subtraction word problems within 10.
