France announces to it's people that it will no longer be organized by a feudal system. They also announced that their would be no more serfs. After a long time of the same system in not only France, but in Europe, it was shocking to see such a drastic change. -

The Declaration of the Rights of Man and Citizen is adopted by the French country by the National Assembly. -
Civil Constitution Clergy
This day marked the passing of the Civil Constitution Clergy which lowered the ranking of the Catholic Church in the French government. It was an important separation at the time, the church was also taken from many of it´s French lands. -
King Louis is Arrested
While fleeing from France, King Louis XVI is found and arrested along with the rest of his family. This was after a long while of his family being hated by the French people. -
New Constitution
A new Constitution is presented in France by the National Assembly centering on the principles of freedom and more rights for the French citizens. -

Execution of King Louis XVI
After a series of long trials, King Louis XVI is finally executed using a guillotine in the Revolution Square in France. This event later led to the execution of his wife, Marie Antoinette, later in that same year.
