John Deere's steel plow was very usefull in the rockier soil of the frontier. his particular design allowed people who used the plows to be free of worry. They bblade was durrable, and was shaped in a way that let it sharpen itself. -
Post- gassoline: tractor pulled plows.
After John Deere became a country, and after gassoline, tractors were invented that, when combined with special plow atachments, would allow people to plow multiple rows and plow them faster.
