Running the Cotton Gin was hard work. For several years white men had slaves that worked the Cotton Gin. It was invented by Eli Whitney. -
Steam Boat
Created by Oliver Evans. They were unsuccesful because they were so expensive to build. -
Steam Powered Transportation
In 1808 John Steven's created his very own Steam Powered Transportation. It was succesful and it lead to mass production. -

Created for protection and security. -
Mason Jar
John Landis Mason was the one to patent the first Mason Jar. This item would be used for centurys long after. -
Calculator
Used for multiplying, dividing, subtracting, and adding. -
Dynamite
Used for bowing things up. People used lots of it for mining. -
Barb Wire
Barb Wire is dangerouse because you can cut your hands but it can be effective for keeping caddle in the fence. -
Dish Washer
Used for many centurys after it was created. Used for washing dishes.
