Millwall v Ipswich: FA Cup Quarter Final
A full scale riot broke out at The Den between Millwall and Ipswich fans. Millwall fans threw stones at the away fans' coaches before the match and fighting on the terraces broke out, causing play to be temporarily suspended. Kenilworth Road Riot: Luton Town v Millwall
The Millwall Bushwhackers Hooligan firm which had attached itself to Millwall football club were becoming notorious by this time for causing large riots and this occured again in an FA Cup Quarter Final match at Luton Town. Hundreds of away fans scaled a fence and ran towards the home fans where large riots broke out. Birmingham City Fan killed in Riot
A 14 Year Old Birmingham City Fan was killed at St Andrews after a riot involving over 1000 fans broke out between the Birmingham City and Leeds United fans. Heysel Stadium Disaster: Juventus v Liverpool
39 Juventus Fans were killed and 600 injured when escaping fans were pressed against a wall at the Heysel Stadium in Belgium ahead of the 1985 European Cup Final. Before kick off, a large group of Liverpool Fans reportedly breached a gate and chased Juventus fans on the terraces. 14 Fans were convicted of Involuntary manslaughter. The third high profile FA Cup incident involving the Millwall Bushwackers Hooligan firm during 1980s. Fans clashed with Arsenal's Hooligan firm The Herd and 41 people were arrested. -
Lansdowne Road Football Riot

Steward dies: Aston Villa v Queens Park Rangers
Carling Cup Second Round Tie between Aston Vill and QPR. Over 100 fans started rioting and a steward at Villa Park was killed. -
Upton Park Riot 2009
After 20 years of rare hooligan incidents, a large scale riot broke out between London rivals West Ham and Millwall. Trouble broke out before the game and after the match when West Ham won 3-1 after extra time. There were pitch invasions and disorder on the streets and one fan was stabbed with 20 others injured. This brought Government and Football Association fears' that there would be more frequent incidents of hooliganism. -
Birmingham v Aston Villa
Fans of the West Midlands' rivals clashed at St Andrews after a Football League Cup Tie. Missiles were thrown along with flares and fights in nearby streets.
