American Revolution
This was an event where a revolution was started on April 19, 1775 where the thirteen colonies rejected the British monarchy and aristocracy. British troops in Lexington and Concord were the ones that started the conflict. The french forced the British to surrender and the Americans won.British strategy in 1777 involved two main prongs of attack, aimed at separating New England from the other colonies. The American victory Saratoga would prove to be a turning point of the American Revolution. -
Lousiana Purchase
This event was very important ,this was where Thomas Jefferson bought a lot of land from the France, which cost the U.S around 15 million dollars.Louisiana Purchase was a land deal between the United States and France. In which america's land was doubled which was a cost of 15 million dollars. It happened because Leader Napoleon Bonaparte wanted it mostly for the money ,but to also have more of a rival. The Louisiana purchase made them rich like many gold and silver, and it size was doubled. -
Industrial Revolution
The Industrial Revolution was the way they made new machinery and manufacturing process. The Industrial Revolution brought a variety of factory produced goods and raised the standard of living for many people. For the poor people and working classes it was still challenging.Communication became easier during the Industrial Revolution with such inventions as the telegraph. Children were often used for cleaning danerous machinary and unskilled workers were easily replaced. -

The Civil War started because of differences between the free and slave states over the power of the national government to stop slavery in the territories that had not yet becoome states. The civil war began when Southern tropps bombed fort Summer and South Carolina. The North has more men and war materials then the South. The North ended up winning the civil war, and the bloodiest battle was the battle Gettysburg, Pennsylvannia. -
Assassination of Abraham Lincoln
Abrham Lincoln was the 16th President of the United States. The death of Abrham Lincol was cause by a man named John Wilkes Booth, a actor that shot Abrham lincoln during a play. John Wilkes by mudering him he planned to destroy the U.S government into disaster. Everyone went out after the killers and they shot Booth and Herald surrended. The death of Lincoln was a turing point in American history. He showed how to matian states, occupants, and he wanted to have a strong government. -
Holocaust
This was a Genocide when Adolf Hitler killed over 6 million Jews. Hitler was deteremind to invade Poland. By 1945 2 out of every 3 European Jews had been killed. 1.5 children were murdered. Hitler constructed concentraion and death camps were thier were many Jews Were killed and tortured. As allied forces moved across Europe they began to librate concetraion camp prisoners. The marches continued until the German foces surrendered. -

World War 2 was between allies and enemies defeat was in outcome of greatness for America. It's alies and lots of damage to those who helped Hitler in trying to rule the world. Between 1939 and 1945 World War 2 could be considred a bloody war from the men that was lost to those of the Holocaust. The upcoming of the war started with Adolf Hitler becoming dictator of Germany. Manhattan project
The Manhattan project was where the development of the first nuclear weapons were made during world war 2. About 2 billed was used to make the atomic bomb. The Manhattan project had over 120,000 employed. Neither the Japanese or Germans could know about the plan. The first bomb was tested in New Mexico on July 16, 1945. The bomb was successful . Soon enough the world entered the Nuclear age and Nuclear weapons were used during World War Two. -
Assassination of John F Kenndy
John F Kenndy was and American Politican that was also the 35th President in America. While he was enjoying his day waving at his people he got shot on the neck in November 22 1963. Many people were waiting for him to pull up There was a gunfire shot and Kenndy was pronouced dead.He wanted to avoid civil rights legislation or the use of federal troops to enforce segregation because he put his faith in white southern leaders. Kennedy's leadership guaranteed the civil rights bill and tax cut. -
9/11 Attacks
This was when United states in New York was attacked by terrorists and about 3,000 died. The attacks were by a terrorist group name Al-queda where two planes were flew into the two towers in New York and the pentagon killing thousands. Another plane was found in a field. There were many effects after this occured many troops would go to afganistan, a lot of soliders from California were recruited, Immigration and Deportation, and there was usally planes flying above and keeping the skies safe.
