Staff Conference Informing Changes in Teaching and Learning
Lead teachers will inform staff of the new trend as a new school focus to impact teaching and learning. Collectively, a draft action plan will be presented to staff and ask for their input for implementation. -

Teachers will meet with their PLCs on the first and third Wednesday of each month to analyze student profiles, determine strengths and areas to work on, interests, and plan personalized lesson plans for students. -
Leadership Team Meeting to Identify and Define Action Plan
During Prep Period, the Leadership Team composed of lead teachers will meet to identify our current reality and develop an action plan to implement personalized education at Hoover High School -
Parent and Community Notification
Parents and community will be informed of our new focus to provide personalized education to our students in the areas of Mathematics and English Language Arts throughout different subjects. -
Staff Conference to Evaluate Progress of Implementation
Leadership Team will facilitate a staff conference utilizing the Appreciative Inquiry Approach to analyze our current state, discuss what is working, what do we continue doing and the types of support needed to achieve our ideal state of implementation. -

Peer Classroom Visitations
Teachers will visit their colleagues to provide feedback pertaining to the implementation of Personalized Education. This will not be an evaluation, but rather observations to improve our current practices and showcase the work of colleagues. -
Next Steps Retreat
Lead teachers will analyze how the implementation went and determine a draft action plan for 2017-18
