  • Australia (read that in an accent)

    Australia got taken over by the British people in 1788. They are doing good today.

  • indonesia imperialism

    The Dutch people (I call them dutchianists) took over indonesia after VOC was basically #demolished and #ended. Overall they are doing well.

  • Mexico #imperialized #frownyface:(

    Mexico was imperialized in 1821. They were imperialized because the explorers wanted to find precious metals. Mexico is not doing very well in any sense but especially economically.

  • Malaysia

    In 1824 the british imperialized malaysia. Yes they are a good country.

  • New Zealand

    New Zealand was imperialized in 1840 by the Britains. The country is doing good right now.

  • Congo (not conga like the dance)

    Congo was taken over in February 1855. They are not doing good and they are one of the poorest nations.

  • Vietnam

    The country was taken over and became a french colony in 1877. Yes it's a good safe country and it's doing well

  • Egypt #imperialized

    The archeological work increased and so has tourism and cotton production. Egypt is growing at a normal rate, but they are having a population surge which may put a dent in that.

  • Austria (not australia; #confusing)

    They were taken over in 1890 and overrun by beliefs that weren't there before. Austria is doing great as a country today and it is the second most liveable country.

  • Phillipinians imperialized

    In 1898 the Spanish colonial took control of the country. But, later the US took over the country during the Spanish-American war. They are not doing very well as a country right now because they are facing lack of money and eduction.

  • Cuba imperialized (which was weird because it was basically the same time as Spain)

    Cuba was taken over in 1898 after Spain was defeated by the US, but then the US only took over until 1902. They are doing bad as a country right now.

  • Sudan

    The british colonized sudan in 1914. Sudan is doing very much not good economically, but they are safe.

  • China #imperializationized

    There was an economic issue and it forced people out of their homes and it went against all human rights. They aren't doing that well because they took a hit after covid hit in 2020.

  • India taken over

    Riots were started between Hindus and Muslims which caused almost a million deaths and the migration of nearly 17 million natives. India is doing fairly well economically, but is not a great place for women and children.

  • Kenya (insert ken from barbie movie "IM JUST KEN(ya)!!!)

    In 1963 the imperialism was finalized and the modern Kenya area was ruled by Britain. Though Kenya has stable politics, it is not good economically or based on crime rates.
