Business was close to dead because the Irish were vandalizing the front of my store. Business was already slowing, and my father got a job to work on a city called "Seattle." The cities were growing, so I decided it would be good to move west and work on rebuilding my business. -

We arrived in the state they called "Washington," quickly finding a job for my father and a store for me in town. Business boomed in the new city. -
