Instructional Media Center is where mainly Communication Art students rent and use equipment like video cameras, recorders and etc. It is also houses labs that can be used for podcast recording, video editing among other things.

There is a plethora of equipment that can be checked out by UW students. For example: cameras, microphones, camcorders and tripods.

In the IMC there is a hallway that is filled with labs. Some are single and others are group that contain Mac computers with editing software for students to use.

Here you can find a junior Communication Arts major, Ari, editing one of her projects for class. She enjoys using IMC labs because there is little to no distraction and great tools that can be utilized for varies projects.
