- Schooling started in Prussia in the 18th century to produce more soldiers and more obedient people. In the late 19th century most of Europe began to provide education such as reading and writing because politicians believed that children needed it to live the life we have now.

The type of technology that has helped enhance or revolutionize the industry?
The three main things that helped enhance or revolutionize education are, Computers, Internet, Electricity. I chose these three because they have helped kids learn, read, and write. Also do the things they can do today. -

Over 70% of America’s inmates cannot read past a 4th grade level. Approximately 1 in 4 children in America grow up without learning how to read. Approximately 115 million primary school-aged children around the world are not enrolled in school.
