MYP introduced
Development of a pre-IB
course to meet the needs of students aged
11-16 years with a focus on six ‘needs’: -
Career-related Programme (CP)
Recognition that the development of an IB
career related certificate to support local
vocational/career-related studies would
broaden access to an IB education. -
IB available in more languages.
IB development in other major languages e.g. Arabic and Hindi. -
Development of IB Adult learning programme
Development of programme to support adult learners as they seek to broaden their horizons and develop their employment potential. -
Development of IB MOOCs
Development of some online IB content in Massive Open Online Courses (MOOC)s to allow students to access some of the core IB content and ideas regardless of their location. Perhaps some basic online certification possible.
