When the bottom fell out of the US market, as everyone pulled their money out at once, the economy stopped completely. This started on the 29th of October in 1929, and kept going until mid-1939. -

The dust bowl was a period where the unrooted and unwetted soil in the midwest of America started to become a serious problem. Dirt and sand were picked up by the wind and blackened the sky, making the midwest a very hazardous area. The Dust Bowl started in 1931, and ended in the mid-1930's. -

He had his fireside chats every Sunday night, and his calming voice educated all of America on the exact state of the world, and what they should do to prosper in it. -
21st Amendment Ratified
Arguably one of the most disappointing amendments of all time, the twenty-first amendment was made for the singular purpose of repealing the eighteenth amendment. -
Second New Deal
The second new deal introduced many new committees and administrations which, mainly, created new jobs all over America, mainly devoted to the urbanization and beautification of America. The second new deal was spread out over 1935.
