Compulsory Education Laws
From 1842 to 1918, all states recognize the importance of the youths education and pass the compulsory education attendance laws requiring children to attend school for a certain amount of time. -
Public Law 85-926
The Public Law 85-926 created an even more inclusive education system and the training and preparation of special education teachers began. Thus, creating more equal of opportunities for students with disabilities.
