In the Brown V. Board of Education case, it was ruled unconstitutional and unequal for white and blacks to attend separate schools. This had overturned the effects of Plessy V. Ferguson, which allowed separate but "equal" schooling. -
The Elementary and Secondary of 1965
This act gave federal fund to all schools. This act also prohibited national curriculum, which left the curriculum standards to each state individually. -
Title IX
Title IX was put into effect to prevent discrimination based on sex. This gave female students much more opportunities, such as participating in school athletics. -

All schools have access to the internet. With the growth of technology schools need access to the internet for students and themselves.
