In 1953 Hillsborough changed it's minimum lto size to half an acre. -
Ban on CFC's comes into effect
CFC's are chemicals that cause reactions in the ozone layer and as a result of these reactions ozone is destroyed. These chemicals have caused a hole in the ozone layer above Antarctica which lets dangerous UV rays enter the earth's atmosphere. This ban came into effect to prevent the destruction of the ozone layer. -
Speed limit changed
The speed limit was changed on Hayne road,Crystal Springs, West Santa Inez, and Skyline boulevard. -
No toy vehicles on public property
In 2000 a ban against toy vehicles on public property was put into place. Toy vehicles include, skateboards, rollerblades, scooters or anything else similar.
