When I first heard about the subway hero, I was amazed that a bystander would actually help an innocent man. I started having an expansion of my view on a hero. A hero isn't just a superhero but a regular person making a difference in someone's life. -

Roy Benavides completed an almost impossible task. I could not believe the things he did to save his fellow soliders. It is crazy the things that he did in one day, he got shot several times and continued to go on.I agree that Roy is a true hero. -

I was truly inspired by the changes Kristi had to endure moving overseas. I completly understand because I have lived over seas and I met a few Peace Corps people there to. They didn't even live in the good parts of towns.I think that she is a hero because she does so much to help people and she proves and amazing point that women aren't scared to go out and help! -
Hero's Journey
I still have no idea who I want to chose as my hero. I never really put much thought into it. I always thought my mom and dad were my heros. I never really expanded my views on that. Until today. I will find someone who will be just perfect. Hopefully, at the library tomorrow. -

Library Day 2
I was starting to get nervous. I couldn't find a book on Bethany. It's really fustrating when you can't. Good thing I went to the library yesterday and found a book! -
Hero's in Literature
I really don't like reading. When I do for school it really is a miserable time. So I was really upset when I couldn't think of anyone that was a hero in literature. Then I really thought about books I've read and I was able to chose a few like The Hunger Games. -
Change The World Power Point Day 1
The power point was helpful. I liked the video that we watched that had the guy who hugged all the people to make them feel better. It made me realize that if we share a little love it can go a long way. -

Waiting on a world to change. John Mayer is sad about the world. He believes that no one can change the world. If anything he has to wait until someone can actually can change it which I think he should just try to change it himself. -

Today I read about 20 pages. I am not through the book but what I learned is that she is a family person. She loves her family and she always respects them. -

I realized how many heros in literature there were. I never realized until I thought more in-depth thoughts than I normally would have. Anyone can be a hero . Depending on what you did to become a hero, I guess it classifies you.
