    Take care of sexual health, as you will most likely be engaging in it at this time in your life. Build muscle, because your muscle will begin to become fat at this time. Eat healthy, make sure to get enough vegetables, fruits and whole grains.

    Keep up your good eating habits (veggies, fruits, whole grains, etc.) and make sure to get check-ups frequently. Also exercise daily for 30 minutes.
  • 50's HEALTH

    Eat healthy, make sure to get a good amount of salt in your diet. Stay active getting 30-60 minutes of exercise on most days of the week. Get a physical examination at least every 2 years.
  • 60's HEALTH

    Eat fruits and vegetables, whole grains, non- or low-fat dairy products, lean meats and proteins. You should get about about 56 grams of protein. Get at least 30 minutes of exercise everyday you can. Schedule check-ups regularly to prevent diseases.
