40's HEALTH
Keep up your good eating habits (veggies, fruits, whole grains, etc.) and make sure to get check-ups frequently. Also exercise daily for 30 minutes. -
50's HEALTH
Eat healthy, make sure to get a good amount of salt in your diet. Stay active getting 30-60 minutes of exercise on most days of the week. Get a physical examination at least every 2 years. -
60's HEALTH
Eat fruits and vegetables, whole grains, non- or low-fat dairy products, lean meats and proteins. You should get about about 56 grams of protein. Get at least 30 minutes of exercise everyday you can. Schedule check-ups regularly to prevent diseases.
