I will maintain a healthy diet and weight and continue to get exercise. I will work on sleeping and moniter my BMI and reduce stress. I will have cancer screening so as not to contract and forms of cancer. -

I will pay special attention to look out for back pain and stress, watch my BMI and look out for depression. I will go often for physical exams and cancer screenings. -

I will make sure that I eat healthy and watch my weight and keep challenging my mind and keep getting enough sleep. I will continue my watch for cancer and take routuine exams. -

I will continue to eat healthy and get exercise as well as watch my mental health and go to the doctor more reguarrly and make sure tha I am addressing every single medical concern that I find. -
