    Healthy living in my 20s!
    My goal and focus for when I am in my 20s is to exercise everyday, eat healthy and limit wheat, sugar, and dairy intake, take vitamins everyday, drink lots of water as hydrating is very important, and get at least 8 hours of sleep. Another goal of mine would be to run a half and possibly a full marathon when I am in my 20s. This would mean that I would have to train everyday and stay focused and determined! I also want to eat a lot of salad, fruits, veggies, and protein.

    Healthy living in my 30s!
    In my 30s, I would still want to exercise daily and eat healthy/ nutritious foods. I would also want to maintain a healthy weight and visit the doctor regularly/ when it is my checkups. Getting enough sleep is still important, and I would try to get over 8 hours of sleep. I would also limit my alcohol intake to almost none. Taking care of my skin and hygiene is also important and reducing stress is crucial. I would do things and hangout with people who are positive and make me happy!

    Healthy living in my 40s!
    In my 40s I would continue implementing healthy habits and visiting the doctor regularly. I would also make it a point to do things with friends and family often. I would still exercise daily and eat healthy (such as salads, greens, veggies, fruits, protein, nuts, etc). I would also eat at home often and make healthy and delicious dinners for my family. I would try to limit stress and take breaks often to make sure I stay calm and away from stressful situations. I would start doing pilates/yoga.

    Healthy living in my 50s!
    I would still eat healthy and exercise daily. I would start swimming more often as a form of exercise. I would continue to be social and challenge my brain by reading and doing things that I enjoy. I would not partake in harmful substances such as drugs and over indulging in alcohol. I would still try to get at least 8 hours of sleep, as sleep is crucial for the body/mind. I would also continue to get checkups and keep up with my health and diet. I would also take vitamins and drink water.

    Healthy living in my 60s!
    I would still eat healthy, maintain a healthy weight, drink lots of water, exercise (such as biking frequently) ,and go on walks. I would continue to see doctors and keep up with my health and wellness. Being social and keeping up with family and friends is also something that I would do, as connection is very important to me. I would make smart and cautious decisions, and would try my best to prevent accidents and health risks by eating healthy, exercising daily, and having regular checkups.
