Eat a healthy diet! Stay away from junk food try to cook at home. This will help reduce heart disease and chronic health problems like diabetes.
Physical Activity:
Get regular exercise and enough sleep. Always apply sunscreen when playing outdoor sports or taking a walk outside. REMEMBER-This is your physical PEAK.
Preventive Health Care:
Have medical check-up at least every 2 years. Have clinical testicular exams and perform regular self-exams. Check on dental and skin too. -

Eat a healthy diet, including vegetables, fruits, whole grains, or lean protein. Always fill up with essential vitamins like vitamin D.
Physical Activity:
Exercise regularly and have about a 30 to 60-minute work out. Hike, play sports, or even dance!
Preventive Health Care:
Have clinical testicular exams. Dental, eye, hearing, cholesterol, skin testings done. and have immunizations like the flu vaccine. -

Physical Activity:
Exercise regularly to stay healthy in BMI, osteoporosis, and reduce stress level.

Have a physical exam every 2 or 3 years. Have dental, eye, blood, skin, cancer, and immunization testing and shots. -

Healthy Eating:
Have a good nutrition. Cut back on sodium like salt and have plenty of fruits and vegetables, lean protein, healthy fats, whole grains, fiber, and vitamins and minerals each day.
Physical Activity:
Stay active and have about 30 to 60-minutes of activity time. Walk, jog, bike, swim, dance, or weight lifting are good choices.
Preventive Health Care:
Have physical exam at least every 2 years. Have dental, eye, blood, skin, prostate cancer, and immunization testings. -

Healthy Eating:
Metabolism is slow so eat right and have a good portions size when eating. Fruits and vegetables, fiber-rich whole grains, non or low fat dairy products, and lean meats and proteins.
Physical Activity:
Get at least 30 minutes of exercise on most days of the week. Do what is fun for you but healthy like bowling, dancing, walking, or swimming.
Preventive Health Care:
Have all the examinations, screening procedures, diagnostic tests, and preventive measure.
