  • Period: 20 to 30

    20s

At this point you are more healthy than you will ever be in your future adult life, so the decisions that you make here should be ones that help you maintain a healthy prospect for the future. Things you should do are be active and have a healthy diet (especially with nutrients such as calcium and protein), avoid any negative substances such as cigarettes or drugs, and avoid injuries that could impact you later in life.
  • Period: 30 to 40

    30s

Similarly to your time in the 20s, because you are relatively unaffected by aging while in your thirties, you should focus more on just staying healthy in general: being somewhat active, avoiding injuries and cigarettes, getting enough sleep, etc. In addition, having a healthy diet is much more important at this point than in your twenties because you metabolism is slower, so make sure to avoid sugars and harmful chemicals and trans fats, and not to eat too many normal fats.
  • Period: 40 to 50

    40s

At this point you should have another concern as well as trying to stay healthy: avoiding disorders and negative conditions later in life. Eating healthy and avoiding negative substances are primary concerns, and you shouldn't be doing too much physical risk-taking. Taking routine exams to look for possible health problems is also much more important, as you are much more at risk than previously, and many diseases can be prevented if they are discovered early at a check-up.
  • Period: 50 to 60

    50s

This is similar to your forties, but with one additional health concern: chronic diseases. Because of your increased risk of chronic diseases it is important to stay active and eat healthy, and continue to get check-ups to make sure you are in good shape. In addition, being mentally active is important as well, as at this point the brain can start to suffer if it is not kept active
  • Period: 60 to 130

    60+

Being more aware of the possible symptoms and causes of chronic diseases is much more important here, so do you research and make sure to check in with a doctor fairly often. In addition, if for some reason you haven't stopped smoking it is very important to do so here, as it massively increases you risk of developing respiratory diseases or cancer.
