To over come his challenge Ray, decides that he will start taking walks everyday. -
Drinking and driving
My friend was trying to drive druken but I told his car keys away. Also I told him he could kill some and himself. and he could get arrested. -
Health Goals
The goal Ray made is... To eat way more health food and get more sleep. He will achieve this by going to sleep earlier and eat more fruit. -
Stressful event
Ray was stressed out by his first test of the year. It made him tired all the time, and gave him very big headaches. Ray started telling himself that it would be okay because he is a good test taker. -
Drinking
My best friends started drinking today. So I told them how bad it is for you and what it can do to you. It highers your risk of stoke, it can dehydrate you faster, and your judgment and control is alterted and dulled. -
Loss
Today I my dog bobby died, At first I couldn't except it and I was just sad. I felt empty. Later I felt acceptanced the fact that he was gone and I tried to move on and think of the fun times we had together. -
Health
Ray looked at his family history and decided that he needs to eat healthier. Some diseases that he will be reducing the risk for is diabetes, liver disease, heart disease, and arthritis -
Tobacco
My grandma started smoking again and I'm worried because she could get lung cancer, a weakened immune system, or chronic bronchitis which are all long-term effects of smoking tobacco. -
The flu
Ray' stayed home from school for an entire week because he got the flu. Three things he can do to treats it isto get rest, drink lots of fluids, and get proper nutrition. Three ways he can prevent getting next year is to wash his hands more, handle food more properly, and eating and exercising more. -
Puberty
Today Ray learned that when puberty takes place the first to things that happen are memory and cognition increase. -
Abstinences
Ray promies to set a personal limit with physical activity, and not to use drugs and aclohol. Ray vows to stay abstinent.
