Focus on diet and weight! Eat healthy! Stay active and focus on maintaining good health. Get proper sleep and avoid drugs and alcohol. Reduce stress levels -

Regular vaccinations and check-ups! Continue to maintain a healthy diet (Focus on fruits and vegetables, fiber-rich grains, and lean proteins). Regular exercise still and REALLY avoid drugs and alcohol.
