This case was to help make a major turn in the Civil rights acts ot "separate but equal". This act affected many of the education. As educational laws and procedures. It changed within school districts with students with disabilities.This was to help integration students with disabilities to be able to be in schools without a problem. -

Mills v. Board of Education
This case was for students that are "exceptional". People who have disabilities and behavioral issues to be able to go to school and have funds to provide help with kids in special education. To be able to go to public schools for free. -

Title IX. This act was which to prohibited discrimination on the basis of sex in the education institutions. It was to meet peoples better needs when it came to the "illegal" sex on bias in admission and be professional. Ex. So women in sports wouldn't be judged for playing a certain sport. -

The individuals with disabilities education act of 1997 was to require that each state can ensure that they had free public education for students and students with disabilities.

IDEA Regulations Update
