    In the second amendment to the U.S. Constitution, it states that people "have the right to bear arms.", so firearms were legal to own in the U.S. It is apart of all three branches.

    It is a national organization group that promotes the legal usage of guns and gun safety. It also defends the U.S. citizens constitutional right to bear arms. I think it is within the Judicial branch.

    It is an act to provide of the taxation of manufacturers, importers, and dealers of firearms and certain machine guns. It is within the Legislative and Executive branch.
  • Federal Firearms Act

    It imposed a federal license requirement on gun manufacturers, importers, and people in the sales business for firearms. It is apart of the Legislative branch.

    A law that regulates the firearm industry and firearm owners. It is within the Judicial branch because it deals with law.

    It's a legislated regulated interstate and foreign commerce in firearms, including importation, "prohibited persons", and licensing provisions. It is within the Legislative branch

    It is a U.S. federal law that allows two groups of people, the "qualified law enforcement officer" and the "qualified retired law enforcement officer" to carry and concealed firearm. It is within the Judicial branch.
