The U.S Supreme Court took on a case of intergrating the segragated school in Topeka Kansas. this was a difficult case because racism was big at this time. if it wasnt for the excellence of Thurgood Marshall, lawyer, of the brown vs. board case the school could have took longer to intergrate. And because of that Alabama schools are desegragated. -
