  • Study for real-estate license

    Study for real-estate license so I can purchase a license.

  • Start my real-estate career

    Find an agency or start on my own.

  • Sell first house

    Hopefully sell first house within first 6 months of acquiring
    real estate license

  • Retire

    Retire at 50
