It is important for me to get good grades throughout highschool so I get a scholarship to a good school.

I was recently contacted by a Millard high ability learning teacher to go to talk to a few girls in the class that look up to me. This would be a great experience for me to be able to speak to other kids that are interested in fashion design.

I have two companies interested in manufacturing my clothing brand, so I need to stay in contact with them and create a saleable collection. Manufacturing is important because I would not have to do all of the work myself, and once they were in store/online I would get more business.

Going to college is important to me because I want to get a degree. I plan on either going to Parson's or F.I.T. in New York, so in order to achieve this I will have to get good grades throughout high school, and build my portfolio.

Right now, I am the president of my company, Just Because by Kate Walz, but I can't legally be the CEO/ owner until I am 18. Being the CEO of my own company would give me a great sense of responsibility, and would allow me to make all of my own decisions.

I would like to show in New York Fashion Week, because it is a very big event, and would give me the opportunity to show my collection to a new crowd. It would also give me more business.

I would love to travel around Europe for a year to study the architecture and research their vintage gowns. I get most of my inspiration for my designs from these two things, so being able to see what it's like in Europe would be a dream come true.

It would be nice to have a vacation home in Nebraska because I plan on moving to New York, and it would give me an opportunity to visit my family.
