SMART Goal
My plan is to lose 20 pounds by August by eating better and exercising more and giving up sweets so I can feel better about myself by August 27th.
S- I plan to lose weight
M- I plan to lose 20 lbs
A- I plan to lose 20 lbs by eating healthier and exercising
R-The opportunity cost of losing 20 lbs is feeling better about myself and is more important to me than enjoying sweets and sitting around and doing nothing
T- I will lose 20 lbs by eating better and exercising more by August 27th. -

First Step
Today is the day I start working out and lifting weights so I can start working towards my goal so that I will complete it. -
Eating Better
Today is the day I start eating better than I have been while still having a few things of junk food every once in a while so I can work towards my goal but not feel completely deprived. -
Cutting out junk food
Today I will cut out junk food from my diet like chips, sweets, and soda so that I will eat better and work towards my goal. -
Going Outside and Being more Active
Today I will start going outside more and will be more active to help me reach my goal. -
Final Day
Today I wll weigh myself and will have hopefully stuck to the plan and reached my goal.
