    Mia's book is about how to make yourself a better player. Chapter 7 focuses on the skills involved in passing and how it is passing that gets you up the field. She highlights the keys of passing: locked ankle, planted foot aimed at the target, following through, use inside and outside of your foot, and make sure to make your teammates look good and give it to her in the spot that will be easiest for her to get control if she's under pressure. 348

    Next she talks about dribbling and how it is a very mental skill in soccer because you need the confidence to take someone on and the physical ability to beat them. Mia talks about the emotional, physical, and mental tasks they had to go through to pull of that win, with 75,000 fans filling stadiums to watch these women reclaim the World Cup. After the World Cup women's soccer was on the map and finally accepted. She says to never let your emotions come over you during a game or you'll for sure lose. 495
