WEEK 1
For week one, I will create an Instagram account. I will look into companies that support environmentally friendly practices and follow clubs of Stockton University to gain followers and spread awareness. I will also create a QR code and post it along campus so peers can follow as well. I will also post my QR code to my Instagram account and introduce myself. -
WEEK 2
For week two, I will conduct research on fast fashion and I will create 3 posts this week that discuss fast fashion. All of my posts this week with informing people what fast fashion is. I will add statistics and information that is crucial for defining the problem of fast fashion. -
WEEK 3
For week three, I will create 3 more Instagram posts that discuss the environmental impact fast fashion puts on the world. I will provide pictures and statistics to educate viewers on this issue. -
WEEK 4
For week three, I will post 3 more Instagram posts and talk about a company that is involved in fast fashion. I will educate people about this and provide them with its harsh impact on people and the planet. -
WEEK 5
For week 5, I will make 3 new Instagram post that talks about another company that is involved in fast fashion. I will post pictures and explain to my followers how this affects both people and the planet. -
WEEK 6
For week 6, I will make 3 Instagram posts and highlight companies that are taking the initiative to partner with organizations that are against fast fashion. I will discuss three separate companies for each post. -
WEEK 7
For week 7, I will create 3 Instagram posts that discuss what we can do to help support the end of fast fashion. I will highlight small things that we can do that can make a big difference. I will share ideas through those posts -
WEEK 8
For week 8, I will make an Instagram video post that will highlight how becoming more sustainable in the fast fashion industry has helped the environment. I will discuss ways that it has improved the world. -
WEEK 9
For week 9, I will be creating an iMovie for the presentation portion of the project. I will screenshot my post and make a slide movie out of it. -
WEEK 10
For week 10, I will do my voiceover for the iMovie presentation and share my findings with the class. I will complete the project and be prepared for presentations.
