Mongol leader Genghis Khan was born in Mongolia. He was named "Temujin" after a chieftain that his father had captured. He was a member of the "Borjigin" tribe. -

Marriage
Temujin married Borte which created and cemented the alliance between the Konkirat tribe and his own. Borte was captured by a rival tribe and Temujin was able to rescue her. She gave birth to a son shortly after. -

Temujin Gets Captured
Taichi'uts (family friend tribe) captures Temujin and he was temporarily enslaved. Through a lot of military tactics, he revenged his father's death by destroying the tatar army and enforcing that every Tartar male over three feet be killed. -
