Birth of Fitzgerald
Born in St. Paul, Minnesota, Fitzgerald grew up in a Catholic home with both his parents, he was a writer since he was young at the age of thirteen. His mother was wealthy enough to take care of the family after his dad was laid off of work.

WW1 Begins
WW1 begins with the death of Archduke Franz after being assassinated by Serbian men. The result of his death caused Austria-Hungary to declare war on Serbia and thus many other allies of each country began declaring war on each other. With Germany being the biggest and most powerful country they would take all the action.

Zimmerman Telegram
As ww1 progressed, Germany was worried about the US joining the war so they made a thought-out plan to make sure they wouldn't join. The Zimmerman telegram was a secret message Germany sent to Mexico asking them to go to war with the US to distract the US from the war in Europe.

US joins WW1
After a lot of problems occurred with Germany and with the war the US had finally had enough to join in with the Allies into action. The US held a vote to see if declaring war on Germany was going to happen due to the reason of the Zimmerman telegram and much more.

Fitzgerald Marriage
While serving in the Army Fitzgerald was moved to Alabama to keep working. He met and fell in love with Zelda Sayre who motivated Fitzgerald to keep working as a writer however she would end up calling off their engagement.

WW1 Ends
WW1 had finally came to an end. Germany the biggest central power had finally surrendered and gave up leading the countries making the treaty of Versailles. The treaty held Germany accountable to all the damaged ww1 caused.

Prohibition
As America was able to restore itself after the ww1 many things changed including laws. Prohibition a famous law caused lots of problems within the US as it created gangs, mobs, and other problematic groups. Many gangs such as Al Capone were one of the strongest gang leaders to roam the earth causing havoc and chaos.

Fitzgerald's Pieces
After leaving the army Fitzgerald began to start writing more pieces which he once again tried to publish but didn't make it. Eventually, he found a publisher to help him out and quickly it became a success as his piece "This Side of Paradise" instantly made him a well-known and famous writer.

Great Gatsby
As Fitzgerald's life became apart he was barely hanging on for dear life and making ends meet. He decided to clear his head in France for a new calming piece to work on. The Great Gatsby became which is also based on some of his life events.

Fitzgerald's tough life
After being in France for some time Fitzgerald moved back to America to continue his writing of "The Great Gatsby". Though after some time Fitzgerald wanted to start new things as ballet which caused lots of trouble for Zelda forcing Fitz to start writing short stories to pay for treatment.

Fitz near end
While Fitz wasn't completely poor he wasn't able to make it to the top again with all his financial troubles. Fitz began to stay in hotels and other places and he eventually lost his daughter due to his poor environment

WW2 Begins
Germany had secretly made a large army to start taking back what they have lost in WW1 including land. Germany one by one took over many countries that were once Germany's or were around it. Germany took their chance and took over Poland which started ww2 with the allies of Poland declaring war on Germany.

WW2 Ends
After many deaths and havoc happening in Europe Germany was forced to surrender as their leader Hitler died from suicide. WW2 was finished in Europe, but the war wasn't over for the US.

With many men away at war the US was left with many holes in it which would force women to see new opportunities to do something more. Women in the US helped keep the country up and also help work in ww2 as nurses and military personnel

Fitzgerald Dies
As Fitzgerald finally made his last few attempts to become someone again he didn't completely succeed as he wasn't the person he wanted to be. Fitz suffered a heart attack killing him and leaving him to die as a "failure".

Attack on Pearl Harbor
The attack on pearl harbor was the pushing factor for the US to join the war. Japan had gone over to US territory to attack their important naval ships and fleets, however, they weren't able to attack successfully and carry out their plan.

Battle of Midway
The Battle of Midway consists of one of the major battles between Japan and the US overseas. Japan had tried to take control of the pacific ocean and all other parts of it including islands which upset the US because of a prior attack on Pearl Harbor. As a result, the US won the battle which weakened Japan's plan to control the Pacific.

D-day
D-day is the largest amphibious attack carried out in history. The attack was to take back France and slowly creep inside Germany-controlled land. The attack was successful and led to the Allies taking other countries back from Germany.

Even though the war was over in Europe the US still had to finish the battle with Japan. Japan wouldn't surrender leading to the hard choice of dropping the first atomic bomb on Hiroshima and Nagasaki.

The cold war happened right after ww2 with the US and USSR racing to show who is the bigger and stronger country. This "war" would end up helping the US economy and society pushing it to its limits.
