Clement initially mentions two of the projects being funded: the Community Recreation Complex in Huntsville, and the upgrades to North Bay's Jack Garland Airport.

The Bracebridge documents Bracebridge Mayor Donald G. Coates sends a proposal to Clement outlining plans for Annie Williams Park. Coates writes that while initial estimates in an earlier Jan. 21, 2009 proposal for washroom and storage facilities would cost $150,000, "the addition of a new covered outdoor performance stage will undoubtedly increase costs to the $500,000 to $600,000 range."

The Gravenhurst documents David Saunders, Gravenhurst's Manager of Public Works and Operations, sends a project proposal to Clement's office detailing final plans and cost estimates for $1,137,880.00 worth of federally funded roadwork, signage and other infrastructure improvements (The AG's report would later cost Gravenhurst's portion at $1,200,000).

improve infrastructure capacity, support implementation of the Smart Borders Action Plan, and improve safety and security at border crossings. -

The original March 2010 deadline was extended to June 2010 (the same month as the G8 Summit itself), due to the fact that not all of the $50 million had been spent on the 32 chosen projects, according to the auditor general. The deadline was extended, and the remaining $10 million apprroved, with the passage of Supplementary Estimates (A) 2010-11.
