    She was married to Louis XVI. She was the youngest daughter of Emperor Francis I. She was known as Madame Deficit because of her lavish spending.

    He was a French aristocrat. One of the most powerful men of the French Revolution. He fought in the American Revolutionary War.

    He was one of the most well known figures of the French Revolution. He was a French lawyer and statesmen. He opposed the death penalty and slavery.

    He was a French military leader. He was very successful during the French Revolution and French Revolutionary Wars. He was the French Emperor for about 10 years.

    This was an assembly of men who represented the French estates. They proposed solutions to fix finacial problems. Louis XVI created this because he needed help.

    This happened in the afternoon in Paris, France. The Bastille had loads of weapons and gunpowder that the revolutionaries needed. This was an act out against the King to show him what they have been through

    Women marched to the king and demanded bread for their families. This worked, which was significant because bread was the common food of that time.This march gave revolutionaries across France hope.

    He was executed by way of guillotine. This took place in a plaza where anyone could watch. He was executed because he never addressed France's financial problems.

    This is when public executions took place. The death toll was in the tens of thousands. There were two groups, the Girondins and the Jacobins, who fought back and forth.

    Napoleon's army crossed the Neman River to try and defeat the Russian Army. Napoleon's army ended up losing the battle. He lost many troops due to disease and the cold.
