    The meeting of the estates general
    All the estates marched into the hall at the Versailles. The 3rd estates wanted everyone to meet there and for the vote to be taken by head count and not by each estate. The king said no to there request, the 3rd estate wasn't that happy with this.

    The estates general wanted to meet separately at the kings insistence. The 3rd estate made a national assembly but was locked out of their regular meeting place. So they moved to the indoor tennis court and wasn't gonna leave until France had a new constitution and it worked.

    Over 800 Parisians gathered at the Bastille. They wanted weapons that they thought were stored there. The commander of the Bastille started firing at the crowd and that ended in many people getting killed.

    Its a Declaration that's states that all men are equal. All men under law are equal. Women and children aren't affected by this because in this time they think women aren't equal to men or deserve rights.

    Women made a protest and marched on the Versailles. The March was about the high price of bread. They marched because they wanted the price of the bread to go down because people couldn't afforded it.

    This constitution was published to let the french government have control of the church. They need control of the church because they needed money. So since they needed money and they had the church they just started to sell the church's land.

    The king and his family try to flee from french but are caught. They wanted to leave because everything was going pretty bad. They got sent back to Paris and the king has to go on trail.

    The king was put on trail an lost then sentenced to death. He was killed by the good old guillotine it took his head clean off. He was killed for trying to leave.

    A lot of people were sentenced to death by execution. There was a conflict between 2 political parties. There ended up being a new leader of the revolution.

    The leader Jacobins is executed. The power of Jacobins falls when he dies. The Girondins gained more power from this happening.
