Storming of the Bastille
On the afternoon of July 14th the Bastille was stormed by an enraged mob. The Bastille was considered the symbol of power. The mob didn't came for the seven prisoners they came for the weapons stored there. The governor didn't comply to the mob. That day the governor was killed and head was on a spike where everyone can see it. -
March on Versailles
Women marched from Paris to Versailles for bread. The women carried pitch forks, muskets and drums chanting for bread.The king and Marie Antoinette continued to feast at their country's gaffe. -
Royal Family Attempts to Flee
Royal family tries to flee Paris to Varennes. King Louis the sixteenth relied things were becoming to dangerous. They were caught in Varennes the revolutionary government faded completely to them. -

France's citizen's rallied against the National Constituent Assembly King Louis the sixteenth was still queen. The Constituent Assembly decree that King Louis would still be king but under a constitutional monarchy. The battle ended in a massacre. -

The truing point of the revolutionary. Three years after the siege of the Bastille Paris laid a siege on the Tuileries. The Tuileries is where King Louis the sixteenth lives. -
Overthrow of the Monarchy
The people over throw the monarchy. This is the day that the revolutionary won against the monarchy. They found King Louis the sixteenth guilty of treason. -
Execution of the King
This was the day the king was executed. The king was executed by the guillotining. Marie Antoinette was forced to watch. -
Execution of the Queen
This was the day Marie Antoinette was Executed. She was executed by the guillotining. She was the first one to die after the Region of terror.
