    During a meeting of the Estates, the 3rd estate was locked out of the room. They moved to the Tennis Court room in Versialles and declared themseleves the National Assembly.

    The Radicals were fed up with the king. They wanted the weapons that were kept in the Bastille, so they attacked the prison. The prison fell later that afternoon

    After the storming of the Bastille, the great fear occured, many peasants were afraid of what would happen to France. They worked for the end of the fuedal system

    Women's March on Versailles
    Many of the peasant women living in France were too poor to feed their families. They got mad and marches 15 miles to Versailles. The women stormed into the castle and ripped apart Queen Mary Aintoinette's bed to show their anger.

    The King and Quen tried to sneak out of France but were caught. The radicals then took him to the middle of a town to have his head cut off by the guillotine.
