Biggining
there are 3 estates. One estate witch had the exemption of not paying taxes and that is the Roman Catholic church that owns 10 % of land, and the second one that also is allowed not to pay taxes that is made up of rich nobles who owned 20% of land, and the last one witch about 97 percent of the people live in but have to pay taxes.
This is how the revolution begins -
Revolutionary mood
The lower class in France (third estate)started to have new ideas of how the government should be ruling, they found economic problems and started complaining about them, they then realized that something should change. They where inspired by the American revolution to start their own revolution, they started demanding to have liberty and democracy. -
FEAR
After this happened, people all around France started to rebel and demand more things. Rumors started spreading and people where astonished about what they where hearing. They where terrorized and in grate fear of what would happen after the revolution already started. -
Siding
The king started siding with the nobles and ordered the estates to follow the medieval rules. The delegated of the 3rd estate named themselves the national assembly and passed laws and reforms in name of the french people -
Women
Women started to to burn down due to the prices they where putting in all their daily products. The women started making their own weapons and started to rebel against the government along with the rest of the people doing the same thing. They demanded many things including; that the national assembly take action to provide brad that didn't cost as much. -
Fled
The king and his family fled because they where terrorized of what was happening. -
Wealthy people
All the estates gathers up and had a meeting talking about what was happening, the two privileged estates where not taking part of anything, they decided that they could do nothing or they could take over the third estate. -
Tennis Court Oath
The third estate delegates found themselves locked out of the meeting room. They then started to find ways to problem solve and broke down the door into a tennis court. there they started to draw out a constitution. Tennis Court Oath -
Rumors
Rumors flew to paris and some people started to say that King Louis the XV was using the military force to dismiss the national assembly. Other were saying that the foreign troops were coming to paris to massacre the French. -
The End
The king didn't reduce the cost of the daily prudicts, instead he imposed taxes on the other two estates that didn't have to pay. This was clearly a good solution because now the 3rd estate didn't feel attaked by the king so by adding taxes to the other two, everything was solved.
