    Both King Louis XVI & Marie Antoinette were executed for Treason. The King failed to fix the financial crisis and Antoinette was found guilty of crimes against the state by the Revolutionary tribunal.

    Reign of terror

    In June of 1793 The Jacobins snatched control of The National Convention from the more moderate political party The Girondins. What they ordered to the citizens is to make "Terror" the order of the day. and they did just that. Beginning with harsher measures going to the enemies of the Revolution.

    I will always think of the conflict that went on that formed France into what the country is now threw all the feudalism that europe went through its alot that went on to have the rights that France does now is just amazing!
