FDA

is responsible for ensuring that meat, poultry, and egg products are safe, wholesome, and properly labeled and packaged. -

The name and place of business of the manufacturer, packer, or distributor; and

is responsible for ensuring that the nation's commercial supply of meat, poultry, and egg products is safe, wholesome, and correctly labeled and packaged. -

It stop the FDA from banning a chemical sweetener but requires a warning label on food products containing it. -

It defines and regulates dietary supplements.
